CPS Victims

Are you a victim of CPS? Do you know what your case is truly about? I will tell you it is all about money. Why do I say money? Look at your petition, look at the chain of events that got you in the system. Did you really abuse your child? Did you really neglect your child? Look at it close because they will do anything and everything to try to convince you that you did. Honestly take a look at it. I will bet you at the root of it all it is money. In Kansas KVC the contractor to provide services to SRS/CPS gets $880,000 a month for their contract just to be in place. In addition to that they get $1587 a month per child in the foster care system. Still think it isn't about money? How about in addition to that they charge the parents child support while the child is in the foster care system. If you had a contract half as lucrative as this one would you need the child support payments to take care of the child? Certainly not, you most likely have been taking care of your child on less than that and doing a fine job. Do they have you take psyc evaluations, drug tests? Anything to keep your child away. Do they want to do a reintegration plan? Come on! They didn't slowly remove them from the home they ripped them away didn't they! So now they have them and screw them up they want to slowly put them back in the home? You spend a life time with your children telling them don't talk to strangers and tell a police officer if you need help and you aren't around because they are there to help. What happens? You children are surrounded by strangers in fact there is no one else, the police helped "kidnap" your children so why would they trust them now. It is a screwed up system creating screwed up kids. You abuse your child, neglect your child you deserve to have them removed so they can get the care they need and heal and you can learn a few things but let's face it in 88% of the case this is not a true fact. Look at your case and decide for yourself are you a true victim of the system? Most likely you are. Question is as a parent NOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
